Cheers to Mum with the latest edition to our extensive wine list; an exclusive Besserat de Bellefon, Cuvee des Moines Brut from France. It is made of 45% Pinot Meunie, 35% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Noir with 30% finer bubbles than those of traditional champagne. It is an intense, generous wine, releasing notes of dried flowers, aromas of white fruit with tints of hazelnut and praline at the finish. When paired with rich and epicurean dishes served course-by-course, it is bound to heighten your dining experience.
