Boasting a meat and seafood focused menu, Bistro French Quays covers the entire gamut of rustic small plates, wholesome soups, hearty mains, and luscious desserts. Classics include the “French Quays” 1.2kg angus prime rib, jumbo mangalica pork chop, sautéed beef tenderloin, seafood cassoulet and lobster thermidor, and are all bound to impress. The very traditional Calvados flambé waffles and signature raspberry white chocolate lava cake are some of the fine ways to round off the spread. Special dishes depending on the season allow regular guests to always enjoy something new and exciting.

“Brunch on a Board” showcases the finest produce, where guests have a choice of meat or seafood served on a traditional wooden board; grilled rib eye, duck rillettes, pork terrine, farm style eggs, and white beans, or seared lobsters, Alaskan king crabs, fresh oysters, and much more feature as feasts fit for a group of two or three.

Bistro French Quay’s Executive Chef Chamara Fonseka has held senior positions in various established fine dining French restaurants, such as Au Petit Salut, Table at 7, and Les Bistrot du Sommelier. With over 15 years of experience working with renowned chefs, Chef Chamara has an extensive background spanning casual Italian to traditional French, and is glad to showcase what quality produce can bring to the dining landscape of Sentosa Cove.

A casual laid back vibe in line with the breezy marina greets guests, featuring vintage white brick walls, quaint checkered tablecloth, classy ambient lighting and cozy seating. With the choice of both indoor air-conditioned seating and alfresco dining (by the waterfront marina) for a total seated capacity of 70, Bistro French Quays presents an intimate atmosphere, making it a unique location for corporate events.

With a menu that can satiate even the most discerning palate, some other restaurants would be content to end the story at the fork – not at Bistro French Quays. The reinvented bar area provides a fine selection of French as well as new world wines, specialty cocktails, craft beers and exquisite top-shelf liquor, all carefully selected and paired to perfectly complement the menu.

Open for lunch service from 12pm Mondays-Fridays, and brunch from 11am on weekends and public holidays.

Last orders for dinner are at 10.30pm, and our bar remains open till 11pm nightly.
