Canopy at Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park II has finally reopened after an extensive four-month overhaul to enhance its dining experience amidst the park’s lushlandscape.
With a newly-styled contemporary dining setting, the revamped Canopy uses wooden flooring and furniture that blends in with its natural park setting. Full glass panels bring in soft natural sunlight and allow diners to enjoy the greenery even while dining indoors. Adding to the dining experience is the alfresco dining that has an aesthetic green wall to keep diners cool. Beautiful landscaping around the restaurant creates a tropical oasis that is inviting and relaxing.
Kameron Kurtz, Canopy’s General Manager and Directing Chef says, “We would love to show our appreciation to our guests over the past eight years through our recent renovation. Our revamp encompasses the upgrade from our façade, menu and service standards. Canopy truly embodies the concept of dining against the backdrop of nature.”
The brunch menu includes Canopy’s popular Crab Aglio Olio, Eggs Benedict and Pan-Seared Salmon. The dinner menu offers a selection from appetizers such as grilled lettuce to small plates such as crab cakes and salt-baked potatoes. Signature mains include Yorkshire Pork Rack and Beef Cheek Bourguignon. Passionate about fresh flavours and produce, Canopy makes its own muesli and pastries. The restaurant also has more than 30 labels of wine that are not usually found in commercial outlets.
Diners can also choose to dine alfresco, which welcomes furry friends, or enjoy signature cocktails and tapas at the bar. The restaurant will unveil a sumptuous epicurean all-day menu for diners.

Friday: 9am – 11.00pm
Saturday: 8.00am – 11.00pm
Sunday and Public Holidays: 8.00am – 10.30pm
