The stunning new venue has been conceived by leading Hong Kong design firm AB Concept and styled to represent a tropical rainforest allowing guests to escape to a magical world away from the concrete jungle below. Motifs of the Southeast Asian-themed landscape occur throughout the venue, using shadow and textures to masterfully create a seductive, intimate and sensual atmosphere.
At the arrival, Asian temple discs in the brand’s signature red colour and a long raw-cut wooden table hand-picked from Bali deliver a rustic tropical beauty, while outdoor materials such as wood decking, beige textured stone and mosaic patterns are used in the SkyBar to reinforce its rustic edge. Exotic materials Like raw porous Lava stone and raw ship wood are used around the venue.
The soul of the restaurant Lies in the dramatic custom-designed green chandeliers overflowing with exotic plants and wallsconces filled with greenery and mother of pearl flower pots. Dine atop tables that feature exotic bird feathers recessed under the glass. The Club Lounge features a stunning vertical garden and a spectacular ceiling-high live green pillar, furnished with antique mirrors, drop candles and a bespoke Tai Ping custom-designed carpet.
