For Valentine’s Day this year, Head Chef Benjamin Tan serves up a delightful array of seafood inspired dishes. Starters include the Ocean Trout Tartare served with smoked trout roe and cucumber parfait while the Ocean’s Symphony is a beautiful medley of obsiblue prawns, Fremantle octopus, pearl oyster and bairdi crab.
The theme carries on into the mains with fresh Atlantic Halibut, served with spring vegetable confetti and bacon nage. Those who prefer something more hearty will also have the option of the Wagyu Rump Cap, slow-cooked over 48 hours to perfect tenderness. Premium wine pairing for the set menu will also be available.
