Epicurean Delights by Forlino at the World Gourmet Summit



The annual World Gourmet Summit gathers acclaimed international chefs on a single platform where they can interact with their peers, exchange ideas and gain insights into the latest dining trends around the world. From special themed dinners to wine and culinary workshops, chefs and vintners are challenged in their ability to complement and explain flavours, while connoisseurs savour exquisite cuisines and the finest wines to their hearts’ content.

Forlino will be hosting Chef Chris Sallans from Mozaic Bali during the World Gourmet Summit for the Epicurean Delights from 21st April till 24th April. Forlino, Dining on the Bay has won multiple awards as one of the top Italian fine dining restaurants in Singapore, with its classic menu and array of Signature wines mainly from Italy.


Celebrated Chef Yohhei Sasaki is classically trained in the art of Italian cuisine from his years of working in top Italian restaurants in Japan. Holding fast to his strong belief of always learning and improving, Chef Sasaki travelled to Italy to be trained in the top Michelin-starred Italian restaurants throughout the country, progressing in statue through the years.

With a tangible zest for life and cooking, Chef Sasaki’s talent and drive eventually led him to take the helm at Italian restaurant Forlino, serving up contemporary Italian cuisine perfected by his own unique Japanese flair. His cooking philosophy is always to serve the dish that most pleases his customer, as he draws satisfaction from the happy faces of those who eat his food. His delectable menu, coupled with the spectacular view of the Bay at Forlino, completes the presentation of a culinary experience not to be missed.
