Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa celebrates Mexican flavours for the month of May with a legendary menu that pays homage to classic favourites. This expanded menu explores the hottest culinary trends, offering the savoury heat of traditional Mexican flavours such as huajillo, barbaco, and carnitas, heightened with assorted peppers that pack a punch of spiciness for a true Taste of Mexico.
Delightful Starters Taste of Mexico will serve up three delightful starters such as the refreshing Yucatan Style Shrimp Ceviche, crunchy Crispy Shrimp with Aji Amarillo Sauce, and an assortment of street style Tacos which includes the SouthWest Pulled Chicken Taco or Grilled Spicy Shrimp. Classic Mexican Entrees Turning things up a notch are a selection of four boldly flavoured entrees; spiced Grilled Shrimp with Mexican Street Corn Inspired Salad Smoky Chicken Tinga Tacos, Fiesta Chicken Quesadillas. There are also meatless options, with Hard Rock’s Vegetarian Tacos.

Specialty Cocktails Hard Rock introduces three new cocktails inspired by the Mexican celebration, Cinco de Mayo; the Amigo, a concoction of Luxardo Liqeur, fresh blueberry, orgeat and lime juice, the Diablo, an intoxicating creation with Mezcal, cucumber, agave, mango puree and lime juice, as well as the Trouble Maker, a Cointreau-based cocktail with dress lime juice, chipotle pineapple and Jalapeño rings. The Taste of Mexico menu will be available at Hard Rock Cafe Sentosa only throughout the month of May 2016.
