On Friday, 26 May, Me@OUE will be launching their very first Fiesta – Japan Edition. The restaurant’s kitchen will be taken over by culinary maestro – Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai and 2-Michelin Star Chef Chen Kentaro. Mandarin Orchard Singapore’s Chef Taro Takayama and Me@OUE’s newly appointed Executive Chef Sam Chin, diners will be treated to an evening of gastronomic showcase of Japan’s finest.
