Challenging the common perception of overpriced, poor quality airport food and lack of places to hang-out, TGM’s mission is created – to be all about quality food that is value for money and providing an alternate dining space for travellers.

Kicking off a new concept of JAKO – term derived from the cuisine offered: Japanese & Korean fusion, TGM is introducing an exciting menu that plays with a spectrum of JAKO fusion while respecting the flavour, plating and ingredients.

With 20 years of experience in various airport restaurants around the world with an expertise in Asian cuisines, Chef Woo Chee Kiang takes the helm at TGM. As the Head chef of Plaza Premium Group F&B operations in Singapore, he takes charge of product development and works closely with internal stakeholders and turn the passion for great cuisine in airports and concept of JAKO into reality.

‘We aim to inspire travellers with a unique experience, to meet their needs for both travel and culinary. We offer lounge-like facilities paired with gourmet food, before parting ways to their next destination – a social space for gathering before a bidding adieu ’said Mr Francis Tan, Country Manager of Plaza Premium Group (Singapore).

Highlights of the new menu include Maki & Mari (rice roll), with interesting new Korean cuisines & desserts, including Korean Squid Ink Mari (rice roll in black), Beetroot and Crab Meat Mari (rice roll in red), Korean Spicy Noodles (noodles served in special spicy soup topped with kimchi, sausage, luncheon meat and sliced Kurobuta pork), Salmon Butter Yaki (pan-fried salmon cooked with butter yaki sauce) and Patbingsu (Korean-style shaved ice with toppings and mixed ice cream). JAKO Tapas such as Grilled Oyster with Japanese Mentai Mayo and Genmaicha Cocktail (Homemade Japanese Genmaicha, Vodka & Soda).

Located on Level 3 in Terminal 2 of Singapore Changi Airport, TGM operates from 6am to 1am daily with seating capacity of about 120 people. Ala carte menu prices starts from S$6.00, reservations can be made directly with TGM through phone 6546 1928.
