Here the focus is on its signature rotisserie – spring chicken! The 3-course menu starts with a Soup of the day and for main course, it is Spring chicken with brussels sprouts and mashed potato. The chicken comes with a choice of honey mustard glaze as well as classic and black pepper glaze. End the meal with Dessert of the day. Wait, the best part of all this is that there is a two-tier pricing for the set lunch menu. It’s $21.95+ for a whole spring chicken and only $13.95+ for half spring chicken.

Complemented by a tranquil view of lush greenery and panoramic view of the Champions Golf Course, Picotin Express’ 3-course set lunch menu is priced at only $25++ per person. The wonderful thing about set menus is that you won’t be wasting time making up your mind after agonizing over the endless list of items on the regular menu. After all, Chef/Owner Steve Kaye would have selected his special picks for the day and you can be sure that these would be the top choices available. The menu changes weekly, so you won’t be bored even if you are a regular customer. For instance, in June, one of the menus lists Soup of the day or Marinated squid salad for a starter while another offers Soup of the day or a refreshing Caesar salad. Soup of the day is always a good choice. This is what chef makes after picking the freshest ingredients available that every morning. How more fresh and delicious can it get? There will always be a choice of 3 main courses, so there will be something to meet your preferences. Think Pesto pasta with cajun prawn or Alfredo spaghetti. How about Pan-fried parrot fish with grilled seasonal vegetables or Grilled chicken breast with mashed potato and sautéed spinach?

For an additional $5, indulge in a 180g Sirloin steak with cajun fries and garden salad or melt-in-themouth Pork belly with roasted onion and potato wedges.
